PCB International ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) for all United States based customers. UPS maintains the best on-shipping record in the industry and we believe it is worth the cost premium. To make sure our customers always enjoy the best pricing, we pay a sizable portion of the true shipping cost. For our international customers, we use a mixture of shipping couriers i.e. UPS, DHL, and Fedex (dependant on your location). Additional shipping notes:

Tracking number will be provided by your sales representive after order has shipped.

We encourage customers to combine multiple orders into one shipment whenever possible. This will reduce shipping costs (please make arrangements with your sales representative).

For customers outside of the United States, please be aware of your local taxes and duties. PCB International is not resposible for these fees and must be taken care of on the customer side.

Lead Time

The first working day (WD) begins the day after an order is placed. This assumes order was received before the 5PM (PST) cut-off time and no engineering queries arose during examination of the submitted Gerber file. Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days (see holiday closure schedule above).
