Terms and Conditions of Sale
Attention: Please review the below terms and conditions carefully before using PCB International LLC'swebsite/services. Terms and conditions are deemed incorporated into any PO of the buyer. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the website/services.
Quotations: Valid for 30 days (PCB International reserves the right to void all quotations).
Payment Terms; Orders: Payment for production may be made by credit card, Paypal or wire transfer. Net 30 terms are available subject to credit approval. Your order is subject to cancellation at PCB International's sole discretion.
Warranty: 45 day warranty from date of shipment on materials and workmanship. All other warranties, either express or implied, including warranties for merchantability and fitness, are disclaimed.
Shipping; Handling; Taxes: Shipping charges are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is your/carrier responsibility. You must notify PCB International within 30 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping dates are estimates only.
Late Payment Charge: All past due invoices are subject to a 1.2% monthly charge.
Limited Liability: PCB International does not accept the liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business or for lost or corrupted date or software, or the provision of services and support. Except as expressly provided herein, PCB International will not be liable for any consequential or incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, earning or good relating directly or indirectly to manufacturered printed circuit boards / assembly. Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, PCB International is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, the remedies set forth in this agreement shall apply even if such remedies fail their essential purpose.
